Starting on the Facilities We Serve page, just select your loved one’s STATE and FACILITY from our drop-down menu. This will take you to a page dedicated to that location, and there you will find our available services.

Receiving Calls

The easiest way to begin receiving calls is to enroll in Securus Online.

The online account you create will be your gateway for all Securus services.

* Attention TDCJ Family & Friends: In addition to creating a Securus account, TDCJ requires that you register and be approved before you can receive calls from an incarcerated person. Click to register now.

After creating your Securus account, please sign up for AdvanceConnect prepaid calling, and add funds, so you are ready to pay for calls from your loved one.

AdvanceConnect is a prepaid calling account that puts you in control, allowing you to manage how much you spend on contact calling.

After clicking SIGN UP, select your loved one’s STATE and FACILITY NAME. You will be directed to a secure funding page to enter credit card and deposit details – then you will be ready to receive calls. We will send you a confirmation email containing your account number and tips for keeping your account funded based on your preferences. Our system allows you to authorize receiving calls on multiple phone numbers (i.e., home, mobile, work, other family members, etc.), and you can also set up balance reminders, so you’ll never miss a call.

Please Note: You cannot call a facility to speak with an incarcerated individual… they must call you.

Securus Debit Account for Your Loved One

Securus Debit accounts are owned by the incarcerated and are used to pay for our services available at each facility.
Note: These are not commissary accounts.

By contributing to a Securus Debit account, you support your loved one with day-to-day activities and communication.
